Thank you for choosing Lunara Adventures. By booking a tour or activity with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully to understand how we handle bookings, payments, cancellations, and other important details.

1. Pricing

• All prices are listed per person or per activity (unless otherwise stated).

• Prices include the services mentioned in each package (such as transfers, meals, activities, etc.).

• Prices do not include personal expenses such as tips, travel insurance, or anything not mentioned in the package details.

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice in case of changes in government fees, fuel charges, or other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Methods of Payment

• We accept cash payments on the day of the tour,

• Payment links (Nomood) for advance bookings,

• Card payments on the spot (subject to a 5% service fee).

For some services, such as attraction tickets and certain dhow cruises, full upfront payment is required to secure your booking.

3. Payment Confirmation

• If you pay via our secure payment link, we will send you a receipt by email or WhatsApp once the payment is confirmed.

• Cash or card payments made on the spot will also be acknowledged with a receipt upon request.

4. Cancellation & No Show Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour/activity: Free of charge.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour/activity: 50% of the booking amount will be charged.

• No Show (not showing up without notice): 100% of the booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

5. Amendments to Bookings

• Minor changes to itineraries may occur due to weather conditions, government regulations, or other factors outside our control.

• If this happens, we will provide an alternative of equal value wherever possible.

6. Travel Insurance

• Lunara Adventures is not responsible for any injury, accident, illness, or loss of personal belongings during the tour.

• We strongly recommend that guests arrange their own travel insurance before joining any activity.

7. Travel Documents

• For certain activities (such as yacht rentals or border tours), you may be required to carry valid identification (passport, Emirates ID, or resident card).

• It is your responsibility to ensure you bring the correct documents.

8. Website Usage Restrictions

All content on this website, including text, images, pricing, and branding, is the property of Lunara Adventures and Star Wolf Travel & Tourism LLC. You may not copy, use, or distribute this content for commercial purposes without prior written approval.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All bookings and services provided by Lunara Adventures are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
